Case in point, here’s an easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownie recipe using, well, Nutella that will surely be your go-to dessert when you encounter the munchies during your time in quarantine.
1 1/4 cup Nutella
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat an oven to 180°C, and while waiting, add all the ingredients into a separate bowl. Mix until the batter is well-combined and smooth. Grease up the entirety of a metal baking pan and pour the batter in. Using a spatula, smooth the top of the batter.
- Bake the batter for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke the brownie with it. Remove from the oven once it’s done baking.
- Allow the brownies to rest and set before cutting. You may then serve as is or add a topping (vanilla ice-cream, chocolate syrup, sliced fruits, etc.) of your choice.
