3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

The humble egg is certainly a vital ingredient in the world of baking and confectionaries. It’s truly a necessity for creating the most decadent of sweets and desserts. Case in point, here’s an easy 3-Ingredient Nutella Brownie recipe using, well, Nutella that will surely be your go-to dessert when you encounter the munchies during your time in quarantine.


2 eggs

1 1/4 cup Nutella

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C, and while waiting, add all the ingredients into a separate bowl. Mix until the batter is well-combined and smooth. Grease up the entirety of a metal baking pan and pour the batter in. Using a spatula, smooth the top of the batter.
  2. Bake the batter for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when you poke the brownie with it. Remove from the oven once it’s done baking.
  3. Allow the brownies to rest and set before cutting. You may then serve as is or add a topping (vanilla ice-cream, chocolate syrup, sliced fruits, etc.) of your choice.
